To view, play or edit a media file in external applications you must add those applications to the
local "open-with" list. This dialog is used to add or edit the
application listing. To define a new application, only two
parameters are needed:
Descriptive Application Name - Application name displayed in the
"Play With" menu. Use anything that reminds you to the selected application
and its parameters, for example: UltraMedia Editor (using standard
options).
Command Line - Path to the application executable and parameters. This information must be precise in order to run the application properly.
Not all application require the same parameters, so you must consult
the manual of the specified application for details. VideoMach automatically appends the %file
placeholder that represents the file to be played (later replaced
with a real file name).
Pick - Use this to choose the application without typing.
