Image Frame Rate
Defines default frame rate used for images (because images
usually contain no frame rate inside them).
When VideoMach opens a single image or an image sequence, it uses
the frame rate found in the images. If the images contain no frame
rate, it uses the default value specified in this dialog.
Image Sequence Numeration
File names such as "abcd-006.jpg" can be interpreted in two ways.
First we can assume it's a positive number and the minus sign ("-") is only
a separator between the base name and the number.
In that case the next image is "abcd-007.jpg".
However, some high-speed imagers create sequences in which frames start with a negative number.
In that case the next frame is "abcd-005.jpg" because -5 is more positive than -6.
In interactive mode VideoMach always lets you choose how to open a sequence, but when opening
files from the command-line (without human interaction) this option tells
VideoMach how to interpret the "-" sign.
On Double-Click
Specifies the action when you double-click a file in the video or audio list.
