Sometimes you may need to insert few seconds of silence to sync audio and video. Here's how to do it:

1. Select an item in the audio list where you want to insert the silence.
2. Click File > Insert Audio Silence.
3. Enter duration in seconds (or hours:minutes:seconds.milliseconds) and click OK.
