Converts a color picture to shades of gray. Effect is same as applying Saturation -100 except
Grayscale does it much faster. After producing the grayscale picture the color depth stays the
same as before. The color depth is not converted to 8-bit. To produce an 8-bit grayscale image use
the (even faster) Grayscale option in the Save As > Video > Color Depth
box.
