Image Sequence Specification |
An image sequence is an array of images with sequential numbers in
their name, such as:
pic01.png
pic02.png
pic03.png
pic04.png
pic05.png
Image sequence must follow a few rules to be properly open by VideoMach:
- Numeration must be continuous. THIS IS IMPORTANT. If
a sequence has breaks in numeration (say 01, 02, 07) only the
images up to the break will be open. All images after the break
are ignored (or you can open them as a separate sequence).
- Negative frame numbers are recognized only if the appropriate option
is enabled in the Options dialog.
- All the images must have the same file name extension (for example ".jpg").
To open an image sequence in VideoMach open just the first image of the sequence.
Do not multi-select files using Shift or Ctrl keys.
Image sequence opening is fast only if you select just the first image
and let VideoMach open the rest.
