This is where you specify the output file names and video/audio
parameters before saving the output.
Files - Specify the output file(s), load presets, define split
size.
Video - Choose video encoding, picture size, color depth, frame rate.
Audio - Choose audio format and codec.
Start - Accept all changes and start saving to the output file.
Close - Accept all changes, but don't start saving to the output file.
Just close the dialog.
Cancel - Discard all the changes and close the dialog.
Note that it doesn't cancel some specific AVI codec settings in
custom codec dialogs.
